• 6 sticks cinnamon
• 1 ½ liter nectar, (passion fruit nectar)
• 125 ml rum, white
• 250 ml milk

Instructions

1. Put cinnamon sticks in glasses. Bring the passion fruit nectar to the boil, add the rum and divide into the glasses. Heat the milk but do not bring it to a boil, otherwise the foam will collapse. Beat with a hand mixer until frothy. Remove the milk foam with a spoon and pour it into the glasses, reheat if necessary and whip if the milk is no longer frothy enough.
