Ingredients

  • 20 hot peppers or chili peppers
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 300 grams bacon

Instructions

  1. Halve the peppers or chilli peppers depending on their heat and remove the seeds (caution: it is best to wear gloves). Then fill the halves with cream cheese and coat each with a slice of bacon (sliced bacon - can now be bought everywhere).
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C until the fat in the bacon has melted and the bacon is crispy brown.
  3. Serve warm.
