Hot Sandwiches with Cheese and Mushrooms (in the Oven)

Hot cheese and mushroom sandwiches are a good hearty breakfast, afternoon snack, or snack throughout the day. Just a few minutes – and hearty, appetizing and everyone’s favorite hot sandwiches will be on your plate. When you eat them, you immediately remember mushroom pizza. Making these sandwiches is a pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Baton – 4-6 slices
  • Champignons – 4-5 pcs.
  • Cheese – 50 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Dill and parsley greens – to taste
  • Mayonnaise – to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Butter – 30 g

How to make hot mushroom and cheese sandwiches (in the oven):

Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
  3. Cut the champignons into strips.
  4. Chop the dill and parsley.
  5. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
  6. Lightly fry the onion in oil.
  7. Then add the mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Stir and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
  8. The mushrooms and onions are ready.
  9. Combine the fried champignons with grated cheese, chopped herbs, and garlic, season with mayonnaise.
  10. Mix.
  11. Put the cheese and mushroom mass on the loaf slices and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
  12. Place sandwiches with mushrooms and cheese in an oven preheated to a temperature of 180-190 degrees. Bake the sandwiches in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
