  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Ramson – 75 g
  • Fresh parsley – 20 g
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

  1. Cut the baguette into slices and dry slightly in a dry frying pan.
  2. Wash and dry the ramsons and parsley.
  3. Finely chop the greens. Grate the cheese.

  4. Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool, and chop finely. Turn on and preheat the oven.
  5. Mix eggs with herbs, season with salt and pepper to taste. Approximately 3 tablespoon. set aside tablespoons of grated cheese, add the rest of the cheese to the total mass.
  6. Season with sour cream, stir.
  7. Cover a baking sheet with foil and lay out the baguette slices.
  8. Put the egg salad with wild garlic on the pieces of baguette.

  10. Put a baking sheet with sandwiches in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 5 minutes, only to melt the cheese.
