  • Dijon Mustard – 8 teaspoon
  • Bacon – 8 slices
  • Tomatoes (cut into 0.5 cm slices) – 12 slices
  • Gruyere cheese (coarsely chopped) – 120 g (3/4 cup)

  1. Turn the oven on in the grill function to preheat to a high temperature.
  2. Put the slices of bread on a baking sheet, put under the grill, fry the bread for 1.5 minutes on each side. Grease each slice of bread with 2 teaspoons of mustard, top with 2 slices of bacon, 3 slices of tomato, and add 3 tablespoons of chopped cheese. Place the bread slices under the grill and grill for about 3 minutes, until the cheese melts.
