Ingredients
Baguette – 1 pc.
Canned saury – 1 can
Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
Cheese – 120 g
Cream 33% – 50 ml
Salt – 1 pinch
Directions
We prepare products for hot canned fish sandwiches. Hard-boiled eggs.
Grind boiled eggs with a fork or knife.
Add pieces of canned saury.
Grind eggs with fish until smooth.
Add a pinch of salt to the cream and mix.
Cut the baguette into slices and pour cream over each.
Cover the pieces of baguette with egg-fish “spread”.
Three cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle with sandwiches.
We send sandwiches with canned fish, eggs, and cheese to a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 10-15 minutes.
