Hot Saury Sandwiches (in the Oven)

Delicious, hearty, and unusual hot sandwiches with canned fish, eggs, and cheese can diversify the daily menu and decorate the festive table.

Ingredients

  • Baguette – 1 pc.
  • Canned saury – 1 can
  • Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Cheese – 120 g
  • Cream 33% – 50 ml
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. We prepare products for hot canned fish sandwiches.
    Hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Grind boiled eggs with a fork or knife.
  3. Add pieces of canned saury.
  4. Grind eggs with fish until smooth.
  5. Add a pinch of salt to the cream and mix.
  6. Cut the baguette into slices and pour cream over each.
  7. Cover the pieces of baguette with egg-fish “spread”.
  8. Three cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle with sandwiches.
  9. We send sandwiches with canned fish, eggs, and cheese to a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 10-15 minutes.
  10. Ready-made hot sandwiches can be garnished with a sprig of arugula or mint. Hot saury sandwiches baked in the oven will make the menu more varied and satisfying.
