Ingredients
- 100 g plum jam
- 100 g mano chutney
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
- 1 tablespoon ginger, squeezed juice
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ chili powder

- Put the plum jam and the mango chutney in a saucepan and heat while stirring. Stir in the soy sauce, ginger juice, honey and vinegar.
- Season to taste with chilli powder. The sauce also goes well with meat and fish.
