Ingredients
- 200 g cream
- 2 pinches spice mixture, (speculoos or gingerbread spice)
- 800 ml milk
- 3 tablespoon honey, (forest honey)
- 200 ml egg liqueur

- Beat the cream with the speculoos or gingerbread spices until stiff. Heat the milk with the honey in a saucepan while stirring, stir in the egg liqueur. Pour hot into heat-resistant glasses, garnish with the cream and serve immediately.
- Sufficient for approx. 8 glasses.
