• 15 chilli pepper (s), red, dried (the brave take more)
• 1 bottle vodka, (0.7 liters)

Instructions

1. Put the dried chilli pods in the bottle of vodka, close tightly and let stand for at least 2 weeks (better 4).
2. Then strain the liquid and pour it back into the bottle. Serve ice cold when you need to serve one.
3. This has been tested several times in my local pub and has now become a cult. However, one should have dry bread ready to hand in order to relieve the astonished test subjects of their suffering. I also recommend always having a camera with you during the tasting so that these unique faces remain unforgettable.
4. Variation: replace vodka with white rum.
