- 2 tablespoon cane sugar, brown
- 6 fresh peppermint leaves
- 5 ice cubes
- 400 ml sparkling mineral water

- Eight the lime and pour into a 0.5 l glass with the cane sugar and peppermint leaves. Squeeze out well with a wooden pestle and squeeze. Add the chopped orange and squeeze out lightly with the pestle. Add ice and top up with soda. Season with cane sugar.
- Very refreshing for hot summer days! Sold around Lake Balaton as homemade lemonade.
- Variations:
- Use more orange and / or lime to taste.
- Fill up partially or completely with ginger ale. Then use little cane sugar, otherwise it will be too sweet.
