Ingredients- 4 slices sausage (hunting sausage), large, thick
- Flour

- Turn the slices of hunting sausage in flour, beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Press firmly and fry in hot fat or oil until brown and crispy.
- Potato salad goes well with it.
- Variation: If there is no hunting sausage, you can also use boiled ham or another meat sausage.
