Ingredients

  • 300 g pork fillet (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 glass chanterelles (200 g)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 250 ml broth
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly parsley
  • Fat for the shape

Instructions

  1. Wash the fillet, peel it if necessary and cut it into 4 - 5 pieces. Roughly dice the onions. Slice the mushrooms and divide large chanterelles.
  2. Sear the meat all over, then season with salt and pepper and set aside in a bowl. Put the oil in the pan again, fry the mushrooms well, add the chanterelles and onions, fry briefly, season, dust with flour and sweat. Pour in the stock, add the cream, creme fraîche and season to taste.
  3. Put the sauce with the meat in a greased baking dish and sprinkle the Gouda over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 35 minutes. If necessary, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
