Ingredients
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 300 g berries, frozen, variety your choice
- 2 banana (s), as ripe as possible
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 mint leaves
- some ginger root, grated
- 1 teaspoon coconut flakes

- Rinse the berries briefly and put them frozen (!) In a blender. Add the peeled bananas cut into pieces. Add honey, ginger, mint, coconut flakes and buttermilk as well.
- Mix / puree, season to taste. Fill into glasses and serve.
