- 150 g cherry (s), sweet
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 250 g kefir, cold
- 1 tablespoon double cream cheese
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ ginger, ground

- Stone the cherries and puree with the lemon juice. Add the kefir, cream cheese and ginger and mix well again.
- Place the mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes, then mix again and divide into 2 glasses.
