Instructions

  1. Squeeze a lemon, collect the juice.
  2. Put 20 ice cubes in a pot, hang the tea bags in it, add the sugar, pour 1 liter of boiling water over it and let it steep for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Add lemon juice and apple juice and let stand to cool down or put in the fridge.
  3. Fill the glasses with 2-3 ice cubes, add mint and 1-2 lemon wedges and pour the cold tea over them. Tastes very tasty - we have tea all the time in summer.
  4. For big children you can prepare the tea with black tea (instead of apple tea).
  5. If you don`t want to wait long for cooling times, you can increase the amount of ice cubes in the jug and reduce the amount of water accordingly.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
