- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 carrot (s)
- 1 half onion (s), red
- some stalks parsley
- 5 tablespoon herb vinegar
- 3 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- salt and pepper

- Wash the iceberg lettuce, pluck it and drain well. Quarter the carrot and cut into thin slices, dice the red onion very finely and finely chop the parsley.
- Mix everything in a small bowl with the vinegar, oil and mustard. The amount of vinegar can of course be adjusted to personal taste. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Pour the finished dressing over the iceberg lettuce and mix in.
