Ingredients
Ingredients- 0.5 ½ head iceberg lettuce
- 1 apple (e.g. Royal Gala)
- 125 g feta cheese
- 1 handful sunflower seeds
For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoon natural yoghurt (whole milk yoghurt 3.5% fat), mild
- 2 Table spoons milk
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (e.g. 7-herb vinegar)
- 2 tablespoon oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- parsley
- 0.5 ½ onion (s), red, chopped into small cubes

- Cut the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces and wash. Dice the feta cheese. Wash, core and dice the apple. Toast the sunflower seeds in a non-oiled pan until they are light golden brown.
- Mix the yogurt, milk, vinegar and oil and season with salt, pepper, sugar and paprika. Stir in the finely chopped onion.
- Add the cleaned iceberg lettuce, apple and feta cheese and mix everything together. Finally sprinkle the roasted sunflower seeds over the top.
