Ingredients
- 100 g cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 4 scoops / ice cream (vanilla flavor)
- 300 ml coffee, cooked, well chilled

- Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Put two scoops of vanilla ice cream in 2 glasses. Pour the coffee over the ice. Spread the whipped cream on the coffee.
- Tip: if desired, decorate with chocolate chips or flavor with syrup or liqueur to taste.
