Instructions

  1. We like to drink iced coffee in summer and usually have an appetite for it when there is no leftover cold coffee or is precooked. So I brewed a whole packet of coffee with about 1.5 liters of boiling water and added 3 tablespoons of sugar. I let the strong brew cool down, poured it through a hair sieve and then filled the coffee in ice cube bags that are waiting in the freezer for summer.
  2. If you feel like having an iced coffee, cold milk is poured over 3-4 of the coffee ice cubes, depending on your taste, and after the cubes have melted, vanilla ice cream, a little cognac if necessary and whipped cream on top is added.
  3. Goes in no time and the drink is pre-chilled before the ice is added. The summer can come!
