Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon raisins soaked in rum
  • 250 ml cream, whipped
  • 50 g chocolate (whole milk)
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 1 handful mint
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar over steam (approx. 80 ° C). Then beat cold on ice.
  2. Mix in the vanilla pulp and rum raisins. Fold in the whipped cream. Spread about 2 cm thick on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the freezer for about 6 hours.
