Today I’m making cheese cakes. According to this recipe, cheesecakes are always incredibly tasty, fluffy, soft and very tender, keep their shape well and do not blur in the pan. I advise everyone to cook cheesecakes according to this recipe, it turns out very tasty and always successful.
Ingredients
Fat cottage cheese – 500 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Vanillin – 1 g
or vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1 pinch
Vegetable oil – for frying
Flour – 3 tbsp + 2 tbsp (for breading)
Directions
Put cottage cheese in a bowl, add egg, sugar, vanillin or vanilla sugar and salt. We mix everything. Add flour and mix again.
We collect a little curd mass with a spoon, put it in flour and, sprinkling it well with flour, form cheese cakes. Shake off the excess flour and put it on a board sprinkled with flour.
Heat some oil in a frying pan. We spread the curd cakes in the heated oil. Fry curd cakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. We remove the cheesecakes on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil. Cottage cheese pancakes are ready, sprinkle them with icing sugar and serve with sour cream.
