Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoon flour, for flat yeast dough
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil, (rapeseed oil)
  • 100 ml water, warm
  • 0.5 ½ pack dry yeast or fresh yeast

For covering:

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 1 cup cream cheese 0.2% fat
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 7 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon and sugar
  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • Lemon juice and lemon zest, or flavor
  • 500 g plums, or pears or apples as you like

Instructions

  1. WW-suitable yeast dough for a 26-cup baking pan - round tray!
  2. The floor stays flat!
  3. Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle.
  4. Mix yeast with sugar and place in the flour well. Add the lukewarm water with the oil and stir slowly with a whisk or whisk until enough flour has stirred from the edge to the amount. (Pre-dough)
  5. Keep warm for 30 minutes and then knead everything together and keep warm for another 30 minutes!
  6. Knead, roll out and place on the pre-greased tray.
  7. Covering:
  8. Peel or core 500 g plums or 5 - 6 medium-sized pears or apples and cut into strips.
  9. Mix the milk with the custard powder, then mix with the quark. Mix the quark with the cream cheese and the other ingredients + 7 tablespoon sugar well.
  10. Pour 1 tablespoon of cinnamon sugar and lemon juice over the fruit and mix together.
  11. Put the fruit on the yeast dough and top it with the quark mixture.
  12. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for approx. 40 - 45 minutes!
