Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ pack yeast
  • a bit salt
  • water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 600 g sauerkraut, cooked
  • 2 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 3 apples, cut into small pieces
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, hot pink
  • 1 pinch (s) Schabzigerklee, ground, possibly
  • 120 g cheese, rated

Instructions

  1. Make a smooth dough from flour, yeast, salt and water (how much, you have to try). Let go for a moment. Line a baking dish with it.
  2. Brush the dough with tomato paste. Spread the sauerkraut, onions and apples on top. Whisk the remaining ingredients (except for the cheese) and pour over them.
  3. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes.
