Sausages in Yeast Dough

An interesting recipe for sausages in the dough, to the preparation of which you can safely involve children. Yeast dough is made in a bread machine.

Cook: 1 hour 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • Sausages – 3 pcs.
  • Black peppercorns – 12 pcs.
  • For the test:
  • Flour – 3 cups
  • Pressed yeast – 20 g
  • Kefir – 100 ml
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 3 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Drive an egg into a glass.
  2. Add kefir.
  3. Pour water there.
  4. Pour the prepared mixture into the bowl of the bread machine.
  5. Then pour 3 cups of flour into the bowl.
  6. Salt.
  7. Add 3 teaspoons of sugar.
  8. Grind the yeast and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  9. Turn on the “Dough” mode and press “Start”. The dough will be ready in an hour.
  10. The sausage yeast dough is ready.
  11. Cut the sausages into 2 parts obliquely.
  12. Now you need to wrap the sausages in the dough. To do this, take a small piece of dough and roll an oblong strip with a rolling pin.
  13. Wrap half of the sausage in yeast dough. Pull the back part out slightly.
  14. Take another small piece of dough and make the paws. To do this, cut a piece of dough into 2 parts, flatten and make a small incision on one edge. Moisten the legs with water and stick to the sausage on the bottom.
  15. Then form two small balls, slightly moisten with water and make “eyes”.
  16. Insert the black peppercorns into the balls.
  17. Put the sausages in the dough on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
