Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chop and garnish
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, grated, about the size a thumb, possibly ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon curry paste, red Thai
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoon creme légère or cream
  • some lemon juice
  • 200 g ham, cooked / 4 p
  • 2 teaspoons oil, otherwise a little more oil / p
  • possibly curry
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth, grained
  • possibly turmeric
  • Parsley or parsley pesto

Instructions

  1. Clean the cauliflower and cut into florets and simmer in salted water for about 8 minutes. Rinse with cold water to interrupt the cooking process.
  2. Core the paprika and cut into fine strips. Peel the onion and cut in half lengthways. Cut again lengthways into strips on the halved surface.
  3. Dice the garlic and fry with the paprika in 2 teaspoons of oil. Add the spices and deglaze with vegetable stock.
  4. Add the ham cut into strips and simmer again briefly. Fold in the cream and add the cauliflower.
  5. Taste well, hot eaters can add the above-mentioned spices, but it doesn`t have to be, then the cauliflower taste will be lost.
  6. Add parsley or parsley pesto and serve with small jacket spoons!
