Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and work everything into a smooth dough. Knead on a lightly floured work surface until the consistency is elastic. Shape 4 balls, roll or pull into round 5 mm thick flatbreads. Cut out an approx. 2 cm piece of dough from the center so that it is evenly cooked and bake in plenty of hot oil in a pan for approx. 1 1/2 minutes.
  2. Can be eaten with jam or just like that.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
