Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoon brandy (Asbach Uralt)
  • 8 cubes sugar
  • 0.5 liter ½ coffee, cooked, hotter
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate flakes

Instructions

  1. Warm Asbach Uralt. Divide into 4 cups together with the sugar cubes. Ignite and let it burn for approx. 2 minutes while stirring, then extinguish with the hot coffee.
  2. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and pour on top. Garnish with the chocolate flakes and serve.
