Ingredients
- 1 kg minced meat
- Ham, raw
- 2 cups sweet cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 glass sauce (gypsy sauce), large glass
- 0.25 liter ¼ milk
- Spice (s) your choice
- Butter for the mold

- Season the minced meat and shape it into rolls, wrap a slice of raw ham around each and place in a buttered casserole dish. Mix the cream, sour cream and gypsy sauce, the sauce is very thick, dilute with a little milk.
- Then pour the whole thing over the rolls.
- In the oven at 200 degrees for approx. 1 hour. Cover the first 45 minutes, otherwise everything will be too dark. There is also pasta or rice.
