- 50 g wok noodles, instant
- 1 tablespoon soup powder, vegan
- 2 mushrooms
- 1 spring onion (s)
- 0.5 ½ bunch coriander

- Slice the mushrooms and spring onions, chop the coriander.
- Layer wok noodles, soup powder, spring onions, coriander and mushrooms in a sealable container. Just before eating, add 500 ml of boiling water to the mixture, stir well and leave to stand for 5 minutes with the lid closed, until the noodles are cooked.
