Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 3 large onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 small tomato (s)

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the minced meat moderately. Grate the onions and mix well with the mince. Pour the meat mixture into a large baking dish and smooth it out. Using a moistened knife, cut the minced meat into strips; a small space is sufficient. Place the tomatoes on the mince and put the whole thing in the cold oven on medium heat, set to 220 degrees C ° and take out after approx. 40 minutes.
  2. Basmati rice and tzatziki or a classic Iranian yogurt sauce go well with it (Mast-O-Chiar, also set here as a recipe)
