  • 400 g puree potatoes (mashed potatoes), freshly prepared
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melt
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • some butter, for frying
  • some flour, to roll out
  • a bit salt

Instructions

  1. Stir the butter into the slightly cooled mashed potatoes, add the flour, salt and roll out about 1 cm thick on a floured surface. Cut into triangles and fry them in butter on a medium flame for 3 minutes on each side until golden yellow.
  2. Serve with bacon and scrambled eggs.
