Ingredients- 1 teaspoon sugar, brown
- 2 tablespoon whiskey (Irish whiskey)
- 1 cup / s coffee, stronger hotter
- Whipped cream

- Mix the sugar with the whiskey in a heat-proof glass. Fill the hot, strong coffee to just below the brim.
- Whip the cream just until it becomes thick. Pour the cream over an upside-down teaspoon.
- TIP: I whip the cream with a little vanilla sugar.
