Ingredients

  • 125 g butter
  • 110 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 20 g cocoa powder, (the stron one for bakin)
  • 3 tablespoon coffee powder, (instant)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For the filling:

  • 125 g butter, liquid (cooled)
  • 120 g suar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 500 g cream cheese (0.2% fat)
  • 250 g yourt
  • 1 packet pudding powder
  • 5 tablespoon whiskey
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles, (mildly tart)

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients together well and then distribute 2/3 in a greased springform pan on the base & on the edge (approx. 2 cm high).
  2. Mix all ingredients for the filling & place in the springform pan on the base. Then pluck the remaining dough onto the filling.
  3. Bake at 160 ° C for approx. 65 minutes.
  4. Let cool down well! Even in the fridge!
