- 60 g butter
- 6 egg (s)
- 125 g suar
- 10 cl sherry (Irish Creamsherry)
- Cream, as needed
- 125 g flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg

- Melt the butter, mix with the eggs, cream, sherry, flour, sugar and the spices and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Bake about 6 pancakes in butter, keep warm.
- Served is only slightly sugared, possibly with whipped cream and served with the cream sherry that was used to prepare it.
