Ingredients

  • 750 g potato (s), floury cookin
  • 1 medium bell pepper (s), green, finely chopped
  • 1 medium vegetable onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled flour
  • 3 tablespoon parsley, (smooth), finely chopped
  • 75 g cheese, (Gruyère or Gruyère)
  • 1 pinch (s) cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 25 g butter
  • 100 ml milk, hot
  • 100 ml cream, preferably reduced-fat

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C fan oven.
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut into 0.5 cm cubes and place in a bowl. Add the bell pepper and onions and mix gently. Add flour, parsley and cheese and mix well. Season with cayenne pepper, salt and a little black pepper to taste.
  3. Grease a coated baking dish with a little butter. Spread the potato mixture evenly in it. Pour hot milk and cream over it and pour the remaining butter in flakes. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour until the surface is crispy / golden brown and the potatoes are soft. Serve immediately.
  4. With a green or mixed salad.
