- 4 clove (s) garlic, pressed
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 sprig thyme
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.
- Heat the oil in a cast iron pan and fry the potato pieces on all sides.
- Before the potatoes are done, add the herbs, salt and pepper and the pressed garlic cloves. Put the pan lid on and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove the herb stalks before serving.
