Ingredients
- 700 g plum (s), pitted and weihed
- 300 g banana (s)
- 1 packet citric acid
- 1 packet preserving sugar

- Mix the plums with the preserving sugar and let stand for a while so that they become juice. Then puree.
- Peel the bananas and roughly mash them with a fork, add to the plums with the citric acid. Boil for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the packet, fill into jars while hot and close.
