  • 4 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Cut the aluminum foil into strips approx. 25-30 cm long. One lane is required for each chicken breast. Brush the foils with olive oil.
  2. Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry, season with salt, pepper and garlic as desired and place each in the middle of the aluminum foil.
  3. Cut the peppers into strips and spread them around the chicken breasts. Scatter the Italian herbs over the meat and vegetables.
  4. Wrap and close the foil and place the packages in the oven for 25 minutes. Then open the foil, distribute the pine nuts on the parcels and bake everything for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve drizzled with olive oil and lemon juice.
