Italian Herb Grilled Chicken

  • 4 halved chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • pinch of salt


  • Making a marinade - mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place the chicken in a bowl and rub the marinade over it. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  • Cook the chicken in a dry skillet, in the oven, or, like mine, on the grill.
