Ingredients

  • 200 g curd
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • grated cheese
  • tomato

Instructions

  1. Mix cottage cheese, egg and flour until smooth (I have coconut). I did it with a breast blender.
  2. I added salt and Provencal herbs to the curd mixture, mixed well and poured the whole mass onto a baking sheet covered with parchment.
  3. Put tomatoes, grated cheese on top and you can also sprinkle with salt and Provencal herbs.
  4. We put to bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Bon appetit.
