Ingredients

  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 400 ml cream
  • Herbs, fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

Instructions

  1. Using a hand mixer, whip the cream in a bowl until stiff. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix in briefly (!). Using a pot scraper, fill completely into a bowl with a sieve (for those who do not have a plastic sieve server). Close with a lid and let stand for 2 - 3 days. Then the cream cheese is suitable for consumption.
