Ingredients
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 200 ml sour cream
- 400 ml cream
- Herbs, fresh, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic, chopped

- Using a hand mixer, whip the cream in a bowl until stiff. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix in briefly (!). Using a pot scraper, fill completely into a bowl with a sieve (for those who do not have a plastic sieve server). Close with a lid and let stand for 2 - 3 days. Then the cream cheese is suitable for consumption.
