Italian Pasta Salad

It is better to cook this salad in the hot season, when you don’t feel like standing at the stove, and eating – on the contrary. A hearty and delicious salad with an original taste and an unusual combination of ingredients is easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- Pasta – 300-350 Grams
- Bacon – 150 Grams (raw smoked)
- Parmesan – 100 Grams
- Arugula – 100 Grams
- Salt – 1 Pinch
- Ground black pepper – 1 Pinch
- Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Lemon juice – 1-2 Tbsp. spoons (to taste)
Directions
- First of all, let’s boil pasta (or in Italian – pasta). Cook according to the instructions on the package. The degree of readiness of the pasta is al dente.
- We put the finished pasta in a colander, and then transfer it to a salad bowl. Add a spoonful of olive oil, mix. Let it cool.
- Rinse and dry the arugula thoroughly. Cut the bacon and parmesan into thin slices.
- Put arugula greens on the cooled pasta, add bacon and parmesan.
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper, olive oil and (to taste) lemon juice to the salad.
- Stir the salad, put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- And then mix again and serve.
