- 2 scoops mozzarella
- 5 basil leaves
- 6 slices turkey breast, smoked or cooked
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
- possibly baguette (s) as a side dish

- Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into medium-thick slices. Halve the turkey breast slices.
- For the dressing, whisk together at least 6 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of water (can be varied to suit your taste). Chop the basil and add. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread olive oil on a rather small baking dish and layer alternately with tomato, turkey breast and mozzarella, then top with mozzarella. Drizzle a little dressing over each layer.
- Bake the casserole in the oven preheated to 190 ° C for 18 minutes. Check every now and then whether the mozzarella is lightly browned and melted.
- Arrange the casserole with the resulting sauce. I always serve it with a Mediterranean baguette.
- The casserole can also be varied with pesto, mushrooms or other quick-cooking vegetables.
- 3 people will be full of this casserole if a side dish such as B. bread is served with it.
