Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta (fork spahetti)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 200 g ham, cooked, diced / smoked pork or roast
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), medium-aed
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • Worcester sauce
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon heavy cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and place in a greased baking dish. Finely dice the onion and sauté with the cleaned and flaky mushrooms for 10 minutes. Grate the cheese, coarsely chop the parsley and add to the mushrooms along with the ham. Stir in the crème fraîche and season with the spices. Give everything over the pasta. Mix the eggs with the cream and pour over them.
  2. Bake top and bottom heat for 25-30 minutes at 200 ° C.
