Ingredients
- 750 g strawberries
- 100 g powdered suar
- 500 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 150 g biscuit (s) (Amarettini)

- Clean and wash the strawberries, then puree 250g of them. Mix the mascarpone with the quark and powdered sugar. Cut the remaining strawberries into slices.
- Now layer in a mold as follows: strawberries, mascarpone cream, half of the amarettini (will not be crushed), strawberry puree, mascarpone cream, strawberries and the second half of the amarettini (will be crumbled beforehand).
- Chill and consume within the next 2 hours.
