Ingredients

  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 2 bunch rocket
  • 100 g Parma ham
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • a little salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 4 tomato (s), firm
  • Parsley and basil, fresh

Instructions

  1. Drain and dice the mozzarella. Core the 4 tomatoes and also dice the pulp and mix with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Wash and drain the rocket. Place on a wide platter and arrange the other ingredients on top.
  2. Mix the oil with the vinegar, the remaining lemon juice, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Pour over the salad. Garnish with fresh parsley and fresh basil
