Ingredients
- 250 g mozzarella
- 2 bunch rocket
- 100 g Parma ham
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- a little salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 4 tomato (s), firm
- Parsley and basil, fresh

- Drain and dice the mozzarella. Core the 4 tomatoes and also dice the pulp and mix with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Wash and drain the rocket. Place on a wide platter and arrange the other ingredients on top.
- Mix the oil with the vinegar, the remaining lemon juice, salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Pour over the salad. Garnish with fresh parsley and fresh basil
