  • 400 ml almond milk (almond drink)
  • 2 date (s)
  • 2 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped with cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 0.5 ½ apple
  • some walnuts

Instructions

  1. Warm the almond milk with finely chopped dates, almond butter, cinnamon and chia seeds. Add the oatmeal and stir while it simmer. Chop half the apple very finely and add it. Chop the walnuts and add them. Possibly add some more almond butter.
