Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 125 ml yogurt, lemon or vanilla
  • 125 g butter, room temperature
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 point baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 pts. Vanilla sugar, bourbon
  • 1 lemon (s), grated the zest
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Powdered sugar, for the hands

Instructions

  1. Mix butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, add yoghurt and eggs one after the other and stir until smooth. Also integrate lemon peel.
  2. Mix flour with baking powder and salt, then add and mix. The dough is a bit softer than yeast dough, so dust your hands with powdered sugar.
  3. Shape the dough into a loaf and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar and granulated sugar.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  5. Let cool completely and cut into slices.
