Ingredients
- 500 g pasta
- 300 g sausae (huntin) or poultry sausae, in one piece
- 400 ml tomato (s), passed
- 1 onion (s)
- Balsamic vinegar
- sugar
- oregano
- salt
- pepper
- water
- Cheese, grated
- Parsley, chopped

- Cook and drain the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Dice the hunting sausage into not too small pieces, finely chop an onion. Fry both ingredients with a little oil in a large pan over a high temperature until golden brown, then lower the temperature a little. Add the tomatoes, add a little water if necessary and simmer. Season to taste with sugar, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Put finished noodles in the pan, mix, sprinkle with parsley. Serve with grated cheese.
